Pay Per Mile or Percentage

We offer you the choice to personalize your compensation package! Choose to be paid per mile driven or get a percent of the freight rate. Some drivers prefer to drive more miles and can choose to be paid per mile while others prefer to drive fewer miles and get a percent of the freight rate.

99.9% No Touch Freight

You will virtually NEVER have to help or do any kind of manual labor when loading or unloading freight. We only work with clients that have end-to-end solutions for loading and unloading cargo ensuring you can simply rest up in while you are being loaded or unloaded.

24/7 Dispatch Services

When you need to speak with your dispatcher, simply call them on the phone. Our Dispatch Team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Communication is an essential part of our business so we keep our email and phone lines open as much as possible.

EFS/TCS Fuel Card

No need to stress about tracking your fuel payments or ensuring that your credit or debit card is accepted at the closest available fueling station. Simply use our EFS/TCS fuel card and we'll take care of the rest.

Payroll Direct Deposits

We're a modern company using Direct Deposit to pay you every Friday! We are a technology-driven company staying ahead of our competitors by employing only the most modern methods for payroll, accounting, safety, etc.

Flexible Home Time

We recognize that being an Owner Operator is not an easy job. Therefore, we try out best to be flexible and accommodate your needs. All we expect from you is to let us know in advance when you need to be home and we'll make it happen.

Requirements

25

years of age 

or older

Our insurance partner requires that our OTR Drivers  are at least 25 years of age or older.

2+

years of verifiable

work experience

We want experienced OTR Drivers that can keep up our impeccable standards of doing business in the transportation industry.

or fewer moving violations in last 3 years 

Our insurance partner requires that our OTR Drivers have NO more than 2 moving violations in the last three years.

or fewer preventable accidents in last 3 years

Our insurance partner requires that our OTR Drivers have NO more than 1 preventable accident in the last three years.

Other Requirements

  1. No major OOS or PSP violations

  2. No record of excessive speeding or safety zone violations

  3. Ability to easily build relationships with others 

  4. Dependable with excellent time-management skills

  5. Professional and positive attitude
